How long does it take?

It depends on the network your Google Pixel is locked to — some clear in minutes, others take a few days. Is it legal to unlock my Google Pixel?

Yes. The handset is yours, and having it unlocked is legal in the UK, the US and across the EU. What stands in the way is your carrier's own conditions — a contract still running, a balance outstanding — rather than the law. We unlock by IMEI on the network side, so nothing on the phone is modified.

Where do I enter the unlock code on my Google Pixel?

My Google Pixel never asks for an unlock code. Can you still help?

What do I need for a Remote USB session?

A Windows PC or a Mac, the phone's USB cable, and a time that suits you. Nothing to buy and no specialist hardware. The phone stays with you throughout.

Can you unlock it while I am still paying the phone off?

Yes. An outstanding instalment balance or an active contract does not stop us. You still owe the balance to your carrier — unlocking does not cancel the debt — but it no longer stops you using another network.

I bought the phone second-hand and the account was never mine.

That is fine, and it is exactly the case carriers refuse. We do not need the account holder, the account number or any permission from them — only the IMEI.

I do not know which network it is locked to.

Use our IMEI network checker before you order. It reads the carrier off the IMEI, so you are not guessing at the dropdown.

What if the phone is reported lost or stolen?

We do not unlock handsets reported lost or stolen. An unlock removes a carrier lock, not a blacklist report, so a barred IMEI would stay barred anyway. We check this as part of processing your order.

Does it stay unlocked after an update or a factory reset?

Yes, on both paths. The unlock is permanent and is not undone by a software update or by resetting the phone.

Does unlocking affect my warranty or my data?

Neither. This is not a root, a custom ROM or modified firmware — nothing is flashed and the bootloader is not touched, so a warranty inspection has no change to find and your photos, apps and messages are untouched.

Will it work with an eSIM?

Yes. Once unlocked the Google Pixel accepts an eSIM from any compatible carrier, including travel eSIMs, and on models that support it you can run a physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time.
