How to unlock Edge 50 on Cell C

Everything happens remotely using your IMEI number. Your Edge 50 is unlocked at the carrier end and nothing is installed on it.

Do I need my Cell C account details?

No. We never ask for your Cell C account number, password or PIN, and we do not contact them on your behalf. All we need is the IMEI and an email address to send the result to.

I bought the phone second-hand and the account was never mine.

Does unlocking affect my warranty or my data?
