How to unlock Edge 50 on Docomo Pacific

Everything happens remotely using your IMEI number. Your Edge 50 is unlocked at the carrier end and nothing is installed on it.

Do I need my Docomo Pacific account details?

No. We never ask for your Docomo Pacific account number, password or PIN, and we do not contact them on your behalf. All we need is the IMEI and an email address to send the result to.

I bought the phone second-hand and the account was never mine.
