How to unlock Pixel 5 on SingTel

Do I need my SingTel account details?

No. We never ask for your SingTel account number, password or PIN, and we do not contact them on your behalf. All we need is the IMEI and an email address to send the result to.

I bought the phone second-hand and the account was never mine.

Does it stay unlocked after an update or a factory reset?

Yes. Once the code is accepted the lock is gone for good, and neither a software update nor a factory reset brings it back.

Does unlocking affect my warranty or my data?

Neither. Nothing on the handset is modified, so a warranty inspection has no change to find, and your photos, apps and messages are untouched.
